The reception looked out of control with a space theme including robots, ray guns, astronauts and superheroes (and Doctor Who!) photo booth, and their hilarious moon landing cake. Like their favors said: “it was a blast!” Thanks to HRM Photography for sharing this with us!

Hungry hungry hippos! We’re doing board games at our wedding and I forgot about that one!
Love the star bouquets and how happy everyone looks. Such a pretty colorful wedding!
Oh my goodness, the glittery stars are so beautiful! I need another wedding! (Actually possible… haha: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-23338279)
These are all such lovely photos though, the great time everyone seems to be having really comes through! Gorgeous couple!
THIS WEDDING IS EVERYTHING. The star bouquets, the bride rocking leg warmers, Hungry Hungry Hippos, all the colours! Wow. So amazing and gorgeous (and Canadian, yay!), my brain might explode.
I LOVE the legwarmers, wish I could pull something like that off. I’m kinda boring and lame, you ladies are all so awesome.
This was so adorable!! I love the dresses and the snow and the legwarmers… Everyone looks so cuddly. The star bouquets were an amazing idea. Love, love, love!
this looks like so much fun!!
OMG – what a crazy find this morning. I had no idea that HRM had sent in the photos. I blush.
Thanks for such lovely comments!! And especially thanks to Catherine for the sweet write up.
May I ask where you got those lovely capes? I’m planning a winter wedding and I’ve been looking for something similar.
I *love* your style, BTW!
Thanks Bubbles!!
The capes (and everything that I didn’t make myself) came from Etsy. http://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/capeandcrown13?ref=seller_info
Shiny! Thanks!
This looks like so. much. fun. And everyone is so clearly digging it. Love it! 🙂
I love the use of the “You Scare Me” Grafitti. There is a brightness and playfulness to this wedding that I loved!
Thanks! Click through to the photographer’s site – she found some great outer space graffiti for us to use too.
I love love LOVE LOVE the amazing bouquets!
Holy crap, I can’t tell you how much I love them. May I please steal this idea?
Besides the wonton theft of your boutiques, I must say, your whole wedding looks amazing!
I hope you had as much fun making it as I did looking at it!
Steal away!!
It was definitely my favourite weekend (bowling the night before, mimosas the day after). Thank you 🙂
