Guys, I'm not the least bit embarrassed about how much I really love writing about offbeat sponsor Little Things Favors. I love looking at all the awesome wedding ecoutrement that can be found over there. I even recently bought party favors for my grandma's 80th birthday from Little Things! Those awesome antique key bottle openers with the cute tags. They became a conversation piece AND super useful for opening all of grandma's favorite beers (she's a quite the beer lover).
As I mentioned last week — I LOVE the little details, and Little Things has LOTS of details — way beyond just wedding favors. You can get practically ANYTHING you want for your wedding over there.
And I got to pick out and show off all my favorites from each category! Lookie lookie…
Cake toppers
Yay for Little Things for their very large cake topper selection. Not only do they have everything from initials to adorable figurines, but they also make it easy to have multi-cultural cake toppers with their mix and match selection. I'm also REALLY digging the cute Japanese kokeshi-inspired toppers pictured above. Little Things even have cheap cake toppers — no seriously, the category is actually called “cheap cake toppers.” I love it!
Decor
Little Things Favors has got a TON of great wedding decor options. From centerpiece fixings like these easy and awesome damask wine glass shades and mini lanters, to these water-activated diamond lights that harness the power of science to light up upon contact with the water!
Guest book alternatives
Not only does Little Things dish up the guest books, but they also have a section devoted to Offbeat Bride faves: the guest book alternatives, including this cute “perfect pair” collection, and vases and plates that guests can sign.
My fellow word nerds, we like some serious Scrabble. Also fun Scrabble, whimsical Scrabble, subtle Scrabble, and tasty Scrabble. How do I know? It's all... Read more
Bridal Accessories
Not only can you decorate your wedding with Little Things products, you can also decorate yourself! Little Things has bridal accessories, including this rad peacock garter set. There's also a fantabulous selection of veils, blingy headpieces, even (ahem) honeymoon novelties.
Wedding Favors
And then, of course, there are the wedding favors. They come in a variety of themes that we've covered before. This time I want to alert you to their awesome selection of wedding favors that are under $1! What's that? I can get eco-friendly favors, place card holders that can double as favors, even edible goodies (omg fortune cookies) and favor packaging all for under $1 each? BOOYAH.
So head over to Little Things Favors and hook yourself up with all things awesome for your wedding.
antique keys….*drools*
Yeah, they’re kiiiiinda’ one of my FAVORITE things ever. 🙂
Here’s my dilemma, tho: is it more cost-effective to buy these awesome things in bulk, or to goodwill and ebay a composite pile of just random skeleton keys? Has anyone ever had experience with that? What was the “better buy” for your budget? Any advice Megan? 🙂
Well, these particular skeleton keys are also sweet-ass bottle openers! So in this case, I doubt you’d find be able to find them in bulk at a Goodwill. 😉
I’m not doing keys, but for glassware, candles, and picture frames it’s cheaper to buy in bulk. Shipping fees on a lot of little things really added up and goodwill/thrift store prices were more per piece.
Excellent….savvy bottle openers in combo with wedding homebrew? For. The. Win.
Now if I only had that sweet picture of Mr. Burns laughing like a maniac that Ariel has, it would completely articulate my mood.
Has anyone ever seen groom toppers with long hair either in a ponytail or “flowing free”? lol My man has longer hair than I do and it would just feel weird to have a normal short haired topper for him.
