Written in the stars: A Mona Megistus wedding beyond the Scryglass
Angelica & Arnold’s Los Angeles wedding was a celestial celebration inspired by Mona Megistus from the video game Genshin Impact, and they blended fantasy, astrology, magic, and romance into one unforgettable day. The couple wanted their wedding to feel like stepping into an enchanted observatory, where the stars aligned to bring two soulmates together, and every detail reflected their shared love of gaming and elegant nerdy aesthetics.
A booklover’s library wedding (with special appearances by Sonic the hedgehog)
Books was our obvious wedding theme (the first indication being that the wedding was at a library), but my husband actually hates reading (…THE HORROR!), so we included some Sonic the Hedgehog elements because that’s his all-time favorite video game.
Arcade games & epic foliage at this whimsical green & purple wedding
Laura and Creighton are gamers whose colorful green and purple wedding in Madison, Wisconsin blew our minds. From the epic amounts of foliage and greenery and whimiscal decor (that arch!) to the lush vine-covered cake to the Laura’s purple and green corset gown and matching hair, we were smitten by these two lovebirds.
Don’t miss the video games, board games, and arcade games(!) that gave everyone something rad to do at the reception…
The artwork at this multicultural League of Legends wedding will blow your mind
Our theme was our favorite video game, League of Legends. We wanted to incorporate our love of the game but still make our non-gamer guests comfortable. Even in the early stages of planning, we applied this theme.
Our save-the-dates, invites, and even our engagement photos included handmade illustrations made by me with some kind of League of Legends Easter egg.
