Use chalk boards on your reception table to reserve spaces and entertain guests
Stacy and Rob placed chalkboards in fun shapes on their wedding tables. As someone who spent the last few years shooting weddings, I hadn’t seen anything like that, so I was intrigued to see the idea behind the table chalkboards. Turns out, these little guys did many different things throughout the evening.
Dagny & Charlie’s toys noise and tattoos goofball wedding
Take some noisemakers, fortune telling fish, wax lips and mustaches, oversized eyeglasses, and a temporary tattoo booth and you’ll have an awesome way to distract your guests from making a big scene when you’re a shy couple. Plus, SO MUCH FUN. This couple definitely knows how to throw a good party that is true to their needs.
An ultra sweet circus-style Aussie festival wedding
When Kate from Urban Safari Photography told us about this wedding at the Spiegeltent at the Adelaide Fringe Festival, located in the Garden of Unearthly Delights in Adelaide, South Australia, it looked like something special. Lana and James were wed among the venue’s own spectacular decor and afterwards had access to their own private ferris wheel. And I am officially in love with Lana’s short and sparkly, long-sleeved dress!
Decorated vans, ribbon veils, and pin curls
Check out Tribesmaid Sparklebun’s sheer cape, decorated Volkswagen, and charming-as-hell groom. I die from it all. The Flickr Pool, Pinterest, and the Tribe is making my day, and is making for a sweet collection of reader submissions for the Monday Montage.
