All ya'll readers submitted some awesome photos into the Offbeat Flickr Pool this week. I found an abundance of shoe porn plus a couple of cutie dressed-up pups.
Camilla is rockin' these fantastic silver and flower heels from Irregular Choice. I love me some mary janes too — they stay put.
Tribe member Mich said these Doc Martins were her first wedding purchase since the family joke was that she'd get married in Docs. Any place is appropriate, in my opinion.
Jenny's Vivienne Westwood shoes on a chess board. These heels are like grown-up jelly shoes and come in tons of colors. Super love.
While these powder blue Vivienna Lorikeet flats are to die for, what's really awesome is the perfectly-matched prosthetic leg Jess is sporting with its psychedelic socket color. Also note the amazing dress color with its contrasting lining. She describes herself as “slightly-less-than-able,” but I'm pretty sure she's able to rock this look like a pro.
Here's a full shot of Jess' dress while she and her bride, Charlotte, make faces at each other. Adorbs.
Tribesmaid Remi crafted these epic papier mache chess pieces with her groom the summer before they got engaged. She says, "We're not even that into... Read more
Becky found hand-painted robot flats on Etsy! Seriously, is there anything you can't find on that site? Domo arigato for the lovely photo, Becky.
Since we're looking, check out Becky's handmade boutonnières with robot charms, bottle caps, and computer boards. Serious nerd cred happening here.
Switching gears from the shoe bonanza, I couldn't leave these puppy shots out. Jackie and Josh's fur babies are Duncan (in the tie) and Indie (in the pearls).
We're ending on another dog-loving shot. This is Katherine and her happy-looking corgi, Teemo, in a matching wedding collar. A wedding dog must look the part.

- Check out Katie and Alex's strange and wonderful, fashion-forward wedding.
- Offbeat Home chats up boudoir shots! Have you had any done?
- This web developer groom created a computer minister to marry them! He also programmed it to say it doesn't recognize any objections to the marriage. Geek-tastic fun from Oddity Central.
- Offbeat Mama has an excellent Blurb book how-to. Perfect for wedding photo collections.
- Instructables shows you how to create a musical wedding announcement.
- This is a seriously offbeat take on marriage, and seriously fascinating. Gay man marries a straight woman.

Hey, photographers! I love you and do my best to attribute all Monday Montage photos, but sometimes brides don't include your info when they submit photos. If I've featured your work but it isn't properly credited, email me!

Fashion forward wedding just killed me dead. I just wish there were more pics cause I could stare at those dresses for days.
yay!
I spot my wedding boots up there!!!!!!!!!!
and the best thing – I can wear them ANYTIME and get all excited that I’m wearing my wedding shooooooees!
Your boots are gorgeous.
totally planning to buy new Docs for my wedding too! Much love!
Really enjoying the “gay man married to a straight woman” link. My (male) fiance identifies as gay and I (bio-female) identify as a gender queer bisexual, so it’s great to see such a perspective getting attention.
I am all about “weird” forms of love and commitment (polyamorous, mega queermo relationship that I’m in), so that post was fantastic to read. My favorite part was how positive and honestly curious the majority of the responses were.
ooh those wool balloon orbs are ace! I’m totally gonna make some!
And I can’t seem to read the gay man married straight woman thing. Halp!
Gah– how did those circuit board leaves happen?! I want them…
They were sold as necklace charms at Hobby Lobby. Since they were already encased in a nice plastic to keep sharp edges away and were already shaped like leaves, I had to have them.
That striped dress is amazing and I LOVE it!
i am so so so in love with those robot shoes!!!!!!! 🙂 they are amazing!!!!!
Those very first Irregular Choice shoes – I own them in THREE colours – they so beautiful…if I didn’t wear a pair to my graduation, someone elses wedding and nights out they would be my wedding shoes.
