They arrived with their parents and closest friends for their handfasting ceremony in a gorgeous lavender field in the middle of the island. Cariona and Omorow first met when Cariona went down to Canouan (a small island in the Caribbean) for work. When planning their wedding, the couple knew that they wanted to get married down in the Caribbean where it all began. They decided on Bequia, a small island off of the main island, Saint Vincent. The couple was married on the oldest church on the island, St. Mary’s Anglican Church. Afterwards, everyone danced until the party was crashed (literally) at the end of the night, ending in a giant celebration and a spontaneous jump into the pool.

Alex and Toyan flew back from Qatar all the way to Yorkshire, UK to get married at Alex’s family home surrounded by their loved ones. This pair, a DJ and an artist, has major style and it shows in the groom’s red suit, suuuper slick wedding party outfits, and the bride’s modern meets classic short gown. We had guests from as far apart as Japan, California, and Germany. We tried to invoke all the things we loved in our wedding day — geeky nods to Harry Potter, His Dark Materials, Jonathan Coulton, and the Lord of the Rings; the Obergefell v Hodges ruling for Jess's career and theatrical touches for mine. We asked our guests to wear 'whatever makes you feel pretty.' We then celebrated with ice cream, lawn games, and street food, and ended the evening with a ceilidh and session. Oh, and there was an owl, and llamas.

Sami and Philippa live in Sweden but wanted to get married in their favourite UK city of Manchester. They got ready in the same Lockhouse,a small cottage located next to the canal.
