Wedding bouquet alternative idea: herb bundle bouquet
This Halloween wedding fashion inspiration has some of my very favorite things: plenty of rings, an herb bundle bouquet, crystals, skulls, and a forest backdrop. The herb bundle bouquet was home to florals invoking positivity, love, protection, inner peace, and self power. All of the decor and paperie is dark, elegant, and totally off the beaten path.

4 wedding videos that made us weep (and why you’ll love your own!)
If there’s one wedding regret we hear all the time, it’s that couples regret not hiring a videographer. It’s totally not within everyone’s budget, of course, but when you can swing it, it can be SO worth it. We’re in a video era, so having a gorgeous highlight video of your day, edited to music, that you can relive forever? Priceless. And way better than Uncle Dan attempting to record on his phone, trust me. So if you’re not planning on getting a videographer, these vids may just change your mind…
A dark, elegant, black and white goth wedding
Inger is a dark Disney girl and wanted her dress to be the only white thing at her wedding. She got her wish and everything was styled in black and white. Spy the tall, gorgeous black cake with “Till death do us part” on it, rich red roses, and chic black bouquet. They also performed the Haka (a traditional Maori dance) for Inger to welcome her in to Ash’s family.
Costumes, masks, & mystery at this enchanted forest wedding in Ohio
Genevieve and Benjamin were married at Polen Farm in Kettering, Ohio. Genevieve had a vision of an enchanted forest wedding with a costume masquerade reception. Swoon! Genevieve had her bridesmaids dress in light colors and called them her “Easter peeps.” I think you can tell this was way funnier and more whimsical than your usual wedding.
6 photos that made us praise hands the photo prowess of Dustin Cantrell
I wanted to share a few of my favorite gorgeous photos from traveling wedding photographer Dustin Cantrell, as I truly think his work speaks volumes about how he’s able to capture moments you never see otherwise, emotions you thought you wouldn’t be able to relive, and looks of love that will make you weep all over again. It’s genius.
