Photo memorials attached to your bouquet is one of our reader favorites for making sure loved ones are represented at the ceremony. I spied this little twist on Post Secret recently: the photos are attached to the bride’s shoes so they they are “walked” down the aisle. Here’s what the anonymous bride had to say:
My father, who I was very close to, passed away when I was 21 very suddenly and unexpectedly. Two years later, I met the man of my dreams and could not imagine getting married without my dad there.To this day, whenever anyone asks me who walked me down the aisle, the true and honest answer is: ‘My dad did.’
