Tribesmaid Stina posted this photo of her mom grooving to the music. Stina said, ” She helped make my wedding day the most amazing experience I've ever had.” It looked like mom had a pretty good time too. The Tribe, the Offbeat Flickr Pool, and Pinterest also gave us some Storm Troopers, puppy kisses, canoe processionals, and amazing groom's hair. Check it all out and put a smile on your case of The Mondays.

I am loving the mixed-flower bouquet and what I hear is an LED boutonniere. Must see MOAR! Photo by Crystal Marie Photography

  1. Squee! The LED bout is PERFECT for the future spousal unit! He makes art with LED’s, among other things, and we’re already having a bunch of LED stuff for decorations, some made by him and some by his best man. LED boutonnieres will totally make their day!

    • Yay! That sounds awesome. 🙂

My husband (pictured above!) made LED throwies with pull-tabs (3 slow fade LEDs per battery which lasted about 10 hrs after they were turned on). He then carefully wrapped them into the boutonnieres he made from dried flowers, skeleton leaves and dowel rods. Duck tape was key. In the bright sunlight of the ceremony you could hardly tell, but the reception was their time to.. *ahem* shine.

  2. Aw! My husband came into our wedding on a canoe too! That just warmed my heart. 🙂

  3. Why I do believe that is the cutest dog I have ever seen. 😉
So excited when I saw this!

  4. Is the groom in the canoe dressed as the Eleventh Doctor?

ETA: Groom in the canoe… Why am I thinking about the vessel with the pestle, now? 😉
