A Virginia backyard wedding with Lord of the Rings details
Quarters Farm was not only a beautiful place for Krystyn and Joe to celebrate their wedding day but is also close to their hearts. Joe grew up in the family home on the property. The bed and breakfast and barn were transformed into the most gorgeous wedding space, too. Their casual boho vibe included elements of Lord of the Rings, one of the couples’ favorite series. They also planned events and outfit changes to celebrate Joe’s Scottish heritage, including Highland games. Don’t miss all of their decor touches, much of which was handmade by Krystyn’s sister. Keep an eye out for a huge “One Ring,” jars of wildflowers, a flower dude, and loads of kilts…

In with the theme of Beetlejuice, we got Ryan a burgundy suit, his groompeople's outfits were inspired by Otho, while my scouts (I am a HUGE Sailor Moon fan) wore black and white dresses with accents of red…
This May the Fourth wedding had dancing storm troopers, original art, & a killer black dress
hen May the 4th falls on a weekend, you know there will be some choice Star Wars-influenced weddings to be seen. But Tiffany and Kyle’s epic Star Wars wedding takes the Wookiee cookies. From dancing storm troopers to a Darth Vader ceremony cameo to original Star Wars artwork by the bride to the TIE Fighter cake, it was a galactic celebration the likes of which Endor and Naboo had never seen.
