Chris and Anne’s Chicago elopement took place one April afternoon on the six year anniversary of the day they met. The guest list included immediate family, including their adorable pups, Coorah and Luka. Anne’s sister officiated the intimate lakefront ceremony on Lake Michigan underneath two budding trees.

Afterward, they hopped on a trolley and headed downtown to Stan’s Donuts for some Raspberry Bismarks.

Alex and Toyan flew back from Qatar all the way to Yorkshire, UK to get married at Alex’s family home surrounded by their loved ones. This pair, a DJ and an artist, has major style and it shows in the groom’s red suit, suuuper slick wedding party outfits, and the bride’s modern meets classic short gown. I am a retro pinup and my husband is a phenomenal guitar player. What better way to combine the two passions with a retro diner theme wedding? With tabletop jukeboxes and condiment caddies on every table, an electric guitar as our guestbook, ice cream sundae wedges on my feet, 45s lining the aisle, my bridesmaids carrying albums down the aisle instead of bouquets, guitar pick place cards, and a working jukebox at the front of the ceremony space, and guitar pick flower boutonnieres, our wedding was a combination of retro style and rock 'n' roll.
