Yellow flowers, pub crawls, & a Jedi knighting at this New Jersey woodland wedding
Sam and Zig wanted a big DIY event, but splurged on the things that were most important to them, like their epic yellow and white flowers. The color perfectly match the heat of the day (a heat index of 105F!). Just wait until you see their gorgeous ceremony arch. In lieu of a big formal reception, these two beer lovers had a dinner and a pub crawl through Philly as their ceremony after-party.
A whimsical brunch elopement in Brooklyn covered in florals
Hailing from Austin, TX, Amanda and Duncan planned their budget Brooklyn elopement to be both intimate (family only) yet also heavy on whimsical touches. After their ceremony at the Marriage Bureau, the group hightailed it to Brooklyn for a DIY brunch where the newlyweds themselves got busy arranging bagels and schmear, cheese and fruit platters, and flutes of champagne.
This small Brooklyn wedding had wine, plants, and a red dress that slayed
Lauren and Andrew did not want a traditional wedding in any sense of the word. Lauren’s vintage-style custom red dress was the first way we can tell that this couple did things their way and it WORKED. They chose to have a small wedding which meant they got to spend quality time with everyone there, a major goal.
There were sweet speeches, killer cocktails, sweet rustic details, and lots of wine.
