This team of vendors conjured the idea of a dream wedding over drinks at a local mixer: something full of dark elegance and mystery, centered around a lovely couple they had in mind. Offbeat Wed in the New York Times: How to Find Wedding Vendors That Celebrate Inclusion

I was interviewed recently for a story in the New York Times about how to find inclusive wedding vendors who align with your values. I hate that the 2023 Supreme Court ruling made this issue something that we need to talk about, but I’m honored to get to speak up on behalf of those of us in the wedding industry willing to take a strong stance around inclusivity.

Disco Pride: a gay three-day Buddhist wedding

We think the best way to describe the proceedings is as a three-day wedding festival – vibrant, cheery, and outdoors! They didn’t realize they had a theme until after sharing what they were wearing themselves on the day and someone described it as “Disco Pride” and people seemed to run with that which was great!
