The Offbeat Flickr Pool gave us more of what we love: people being frackin' awesome! Take this couple dressed as Padmé and Anakin from Star Wars. Their love may be ill-fated in the movies, but here it's aaaall good. And so begins this week's Monday Montage, chock full of piercings, steampunk cupcakes, awesome save-the-dates, and even an Elvis officiant.

Hey, photographers! I love you and do my best to attribute all Monday Montage photos, but sometimes brides don't include your info when they submit photos. If I've featured your work but it isn't properly credited, email me!
The bride featured in the Washington Post article used to be a member here on OBB. I remember because I fell in love with her dress (and she just generally seemed so incredibly awesome). Unfortunately, the article doesn’t really do their story justice – check the comments for SewingKit’s responses if you want the full (and charming) story!
She also posted a journal entry about it on the tribe… Full stories are AWESOME!
Wow! Thanks for featuring our Save The Date. This is truly an honor. The idea was inspired by the Left 4 Dead game series and our love/hate relationship with zombies 🙂
Thanks for featuring us! Also, I really need to see more of that Star Wars wedding.
You and me both! 🙂
those cupcakes are amazing
Omg LOVE the L4D save the date! My fiancee and I are HUGE L4D fans! We play together all the time. We are even talking about a med pack and a certain gnome making their ways into our reception as “easter eggs”.
