Ooh, it’s officially “boots on sale” season!
For those of us who live in boots all year round (including those of us who get married in boots), spring is the most glorious time of year, because it’s when boots go on sale. I just snagged a pair of Frye’s boots for 65% off that I plan to wear with skirts all summer, and figured maybe a few of my fellow every-season-is-boot-season friends would like to get in on the good times.
Modern shoes with a touch of that vintage feel [UPDATED for 2022!]
This is a week to deviate from my usual taste in rainbows and ridiculousness! I’m going to spend a morning doodling trying my hand at vintage-inspired shoes on the more classy end of the spectrum.

An ode to Offbeat Bride’s most popular shoe of all time
without a doubt, the most popular shoe of all time ever and ever is T.U.K.’s peacock pump. It’s aff-$44-able and cute, and while I don’t see quite as many peacock features at weddings as I used to, small peacock details are still making weddings everywhere more beautiful… and these shoes are a great nod.
