Huge bouquets have been a total trend lately — full of flowers, greenery, and other flora that crops up in various forms each season. They're gorgeous, but you certainly see a lot of the same each time.
What if you stepped away from real flowers and saw what other alternative wedding bouquets were out there? We're not strangers to non-floral bouquets, but I wanted to expand my search into a few newer territories: fruits, candy, pearls, beads, wheat, paper, balloons, fans, buttons, brooches, wooden flowers, felt, and more.
Let's see what's new in the land of alternative wedding bouquets since the last time we deep-dove into it…

With how long OBB has been around, I thought, “hmm, there’s no way this list can contain that many ideas I haven’t seen around the site before….”
And then I clicked.
Catherine, this is SUCH a cool roundup! Awesome job!
Thanks, Morgan! This topic is definitely a common one. 😉
I am very much considering forgoing a bouquet and just carrying the gorgeous 1930s beaded purse my fiance’s sister gave me. It matches my gray gown beautifully and it’s lovely. But I might find a way to add some flowers to it for some drama.
This sounds gorgeous! We’ll definitely want to see it when you have photos!
