Embrace the strange and unusual – break traditions with WOOD FLOWERS that show off your personality & last a lifetime.

You’re not average. You appreciate the artistry that goes into beautiful floral design and you want to hold onto it for more than one day.

Wood flowers are a fun, eco-friendly alternative to traditional flowers for your big day. If you're looking to customize your wedding, and want to leave your guests saying “wow this is *so* them” at your wedding – then wood flowers are the way to go.

And quite possibly the best part: you don’t have to worry about preserving the flowers after your event since they never wilt or die!

Some of my customers’ favorites are…

    • Bouquets
    • Boutonnieres
    • Centerpieces
    • Corsages
    • Arch swags

The wood flowers I use to make wedding decor and bouquets are made from the root of a plant. The flowers have a cork or foam feel to them, they are completely natural and weigh next to nothing. You might notice knots or veins in the flower petals — that’s actually from the root of the plant itself. And just like real flowers, the knots and veins add a level of authenticity to your bouquet and decor.

How I cater to offbeat weddings

There is no “one size fits all” option when it comes to wedding flowers.

How do I do capture personalities with my flowers? My Bachelor of Fine Arts has provided me with a keen, refined eye for design, which is how I’m able to curate gorgeous arrangements that fit your unique style. My schooling also included extensive color theory, so I have the skills required to dye my flowers to match any color swatch I’m given.

If you’re stuck on choosing a style for your wedding and flowers, I can help you find what speaks to you most! Together, we’ll choose the best type of flowers and arrangements to match your wedding day style. Then, I will personally select and hand-dye each flower so that it’s perfect for your style and color palette.

You’ll have wedding day items that are all made specifically with you in mind.

Working with Heart and Sola Creations for our wood wedding flowers was the best wedding decision we made. Katie made the entire process such a breeze, and the fact that I get to have all my wedding flowers forever is a dream. I am actually making the loose stems into a mobile for a nursery! We got so many compliments on the flowers at the wedding and so many people are now interested in getting wood flowers for their future events. I would recommend Heart and Sola Creations and Katie to anyone! — Christine R.
