No dark lips at weddings?! I forgot that was even a thing way back when. Or is it still now? The only thing I have to say to that is fuck that noise. Dark lips are a thing in life, in photo shoots, and most definitely in weddings. They can be chic, goth, delicate, bold… dark lips at weddings make our life. And if you already do it on the reg? You'll want to look like yourself, whether it's with dark lips or no makeup at all.
You do you. And we'll do us by giving you some primo dark wedding lipstick fodder to show to anyone who balks.

Well, what do they know?? I love dark lips and if you already do them, keep on doing them! There isn’t a better day than your wedding day to look like yourself, so don’t change that!
I wore dark purple lipstick on my wedding day. My family already knows that I am strange bird, so I would have worn a dark lip anyways. But with the dress I had on, which was a nude colored dress with a black lace overlay, it was a debate between red and purple. Purple won out, making the look of the messy updo, dress, boots and makeup an epic win. The photos turned out great.
On a side note, that blue color is HOT!!! I just bought a navy blue lipstick some time before Halloween. All hail the bold!!!
