An orange Seattle wedding with a candy bouquet, tarot reader, and his-and-her wedding sneakers
Lin and Philip’s wedding had one theme: ORANGE. The color dominated everything from their sneakers (yes, they both wore sneakers!) and wardrobe details to the candy-laden dessert table. Those aren’t the only sweet details: Lin carried a bouquet made entirely from Dum Dums and Philip donned a boutonniere to match. Their dog Hannah served as a key player throughout the day, and a tarot reader performed a reading during the ceremony. Speaking of Hannah, wait until you see the super cute hands-and-paws family photo the three of them took during the reception.
Abby & Steve’s heartfelt friend-powered wedding
If you’re in the mood for GIANT crepe paper flower bouquets, a sweet and impromptu first look, and a couple super obviously and deliriously in love, then this wedding is your jam. Oh, and this bride’s experience with a day-of coordinator (who we know well!), is invaluable. And you’ll love the song that they kind-sorta accidentally danced to for their first dance!
Liz & Marc’s traveling fall circus wedding
Let’s see here: we’ve got a circus theme with a dog dressed as a lion, “boot-in-ears,” a bearded lady, a carousel horse guestbook, a midway full of games, a flash mob ceremony, an after-party with a ball pit, and a footie pajama football brunch the next day. If you can even process all that awesome, you’ll need to make even more room in your brain for the first dance surprise. Hint: a marching band was involved!
Joanna & Will’s four-day camp-out wedding
Four days of wedding fun is FUN. Four days of wedding fun is also PLANNING. This couple shared the duties for feeding, sheltering, and entertaining a lot of people, and it turned out to be a kick-ass time. They canoed in and out of the ceremony, shared amazing Washington views with friends and family, and even taught everyone to contra dance. Re-live your camp days with these cuties.
