This herbal garden wedding in Toronto was light, airy, and full of garden whimsy. We’re talking real herbs, greenery-covered cookies and cakes, and tons of green and purple details that popped in their lovely venue, Boil King. The venue in particular was a win for the couple, Christie and Matt, since they needed it to accommodate people with various disabilities including four wheelchairs. Not an easy task! But the deed was done and it was done beautifully.

A goth history nerd wedding with Cthulhu, Beetlejuice, and a headpiece to die for
Prepare yourself for something so rad, you’ll piss yourself. Think a Cthulhu cake, a gorgeous purple and black gown, an unbelievable ship-inspired headpiece, nerd burlesque with Anne Boleyn and Lydia from Beetlejuice, and a shell bouquet of purple, black, and gold. You’ll be watching this mouth agape, we assure you.
A swing dance wedding on an island (with a Bitcoin unity ceremony!)
A purple mane, a swing dance theme, and lots of little elements of this pair like Futurama, Scrabble, Burning Man, and bunnies. Get ready for moonlit boat rides, a bonfire, and of course, a swing dance-themed first dance complete with hula hoops. But the most intriguing part was their Bitcoin Blockchain unity ceremony. Now that’s a first for us!

A surprise wedding is one thing. A surprise wedding with a Star Trek and LEGO theme is another. But a surprise Star Trek wedding planned entirely by the maid of honor?!
