These mohawked rockabilly wedding ladies took a DIYed wedding by storm… literally
Stacie and Crystal were married in Oklahoma, but had their public rockabilly wedding ceremony and reception at a friend’s home in Wichita Falls, TX. Their families and friends had a hand in everything — from officiating, to music, to venue, to cakes, to food, to decorating, it was a homemade-with-love affair. At the end, it was all toasts and cake and smooching… then tornado sirens from all of the bad weather they’d been having. Hey, it probably means good luck, right? Let’s get a load of this mohawked, fabulously coiffed, and stylish pair.
Red and black rockabilly for days at Jessica & Tim’s wedding
DIYed centerpieces never looked so fine with red and black accents. Add in the rockabilly fashion, the custom Converse, gorgeous high-ceiling venue, and hand-painted wine ceremony box, and you’ve got a modern chic rockabilly vibe. Don’t miss the last-minute cake cutting tool and the sweet, emotional flower girl. Tears!
Crinoline, Coca-Cola, and an Adam Sandler first dance at Rebekah & Jerry’s rockabilly wedding
All of the retro details in this wedding make us “wanna grow old with these two,” Adam Sandler in The Wedding Singer-style. Coca-Cola bottles, retro dresses and suspenders, a rockabilly band, and 1950s touches abound. Don’t miss the special first dance surprise and the gorgeous ceremony backdrop.
Sara & Mutt’s retro handmade dive bar wedding
Vintage-loving couples: this is the wedding for YOU! A $50 fabulous vintage dress, an entire wedding party looking straight out of the ’50s, and a VINTAGE CAR PARADE… get your eyeballs on this one, we’re serious. Don’t miss the surprise gift from the bride’s parents, too. It’s so appropriate.
Kelly & Jacob’s retro carnival wedding
We’ve seen some amazing carnival weddings, but this one may be in contention for the most epic decor ever. We’re talking popcorn, Cracker Jacks, pinwheels, faux flash tattoos, circus-themed centerpieces, a hot dog stand, a huge and gorgeous candy buffet, and a retro circus cage photo booth! It will make you want to hop on a ferris wheel and get hitched, vintage carnival-style.
