Your wedding jewelry can be a memorial keepsake
This necklace actually has a piece of lace from a wedding dress embedded inside resin. The best part is that you could have a piece of your own dress as a keepsake, a piece of someone else’s dress (mom’s, grandma’s, etc.) to wear AT the wedding, or make a few and pass them out as bridesmaids’ or mother-of-the-bride gifts. This got me thinking: what other wedding jewelry could serve as a memorial? Let’s check out what we found.
Kim & Doug’s artsy food truck wedding
One look at this pair’s food truck menu and you’ll be converted to the dark (and delicious) side: a street food wedding! The gourmet sliders and fries were served in front of a chic gallery that played host to the ceremony and reception. They stayed within budget with a few sneaky cost-savers, and you’ll love the bride’s favorite moments with her dad!
Shannon & Tim’s mawwiage of two lovenerds wedding
This week we’re celebrating our sci-fi-loving, fantasy-squeeing, and comic book-collecting couples. That’s right: it’s geek week! If you want to see these two lovenerds make out, you’d better bring your d20 and your A-game — fail to our-roll the couple and you’ll be dancing like a little teapot. Win, and make them dance. Check out more of this D&D meets Princess Bride mawwiage!
