We’re in love with the crochet wedding dress at this DIY backyard wedding
This is how you do a DIY backyard wedding! Alex and I were together seven years, madly in love and always knew we’d get married. We kept waiting… for the right place, the right time in our lives, and mostly to have enough money. Eventually we gave up: let’s just do it. In his relative’s giant backyard, with 125 guests, and all homemade decorations.
These two adorable Swifties had a farm wedding in Alabama
Jason’s vows were gorgeous! He even came out officially as a Swiftie (that’s my fault). He is made of so much gentleness that sometimes, I forget the bad. Our first dance was to “Sweet Nothing” by Taylor Swift – he had cried the first time I asked him to listen to that song.
This couple had so many great wedding puzzle game ideas
We wanted a whimsical, herb-garden inspired wedding weekend with an outdoor ceremony, a reception in a barn, a custom cocktail… and we knew we had to incorporate puzzle games into the proceedings, a big passion of ours!
A DIYed Maine farmhouse wedding with board games, a fun run, & a week of awesomeness
Liz and Daniel had a super DIYed wedding with all kinds of personal details. Liz made the decor and their rainbow cake herself in addition to the food being a joint effort of the family. Liz herself was stirring the soup just an hour before the ceremony!
The day was intimate with only 30 people attending. They rented an old farm house by the sea in Maine and invited all their guests to stay there with them. Don’t miss their board game guest book. Let’s see the whole week-long fun fest…
