Don’t miss the greenery shawl at this Mid-Century Modern wedding right in the middle of a strawberry field
If there’s ever a universally loved style era, it’s Mid-Century Modern of the ’50s and ’60s. Charles and Ray Eames, groove, natural, themes, and major color make it so iconic from graphic design to architecture, interior design, and fashion. This Portugal wedding shoot was inspired by it all and features bright flowers, a retro-inspired dress, and a delightfully pop cake with matching paperie, all in the middle of a strawberry field.
But wait, is that a shawl made of greenery and flowers?! Yes, yes it is. And it’s AMAZING…

We’re mad as hatters for this Alice in Wonderland-themed wedding in Greece
Konstantina rocked a colorful polka dot wedding dress, light blue wedding shoes, and a super colorful bouquet that channeled Alice in Wonderland. If that’s not enough to get you all in, I don’t know what will. But we’re going to try! The groom, Giannis, took the reins in planning the Alice in Wonderland-themed wedding down to the ideas, photos, and details. They were going for magical over childish, and totally succeeded.
The centerpieces were hats, characters, and candies in lieu of flowers. There were pastel cupcakes, a topsy-turvy cake, “drink me” bottles, clocks, Cheshire Cats, and a rockin’ time all around at this wedding in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Wildflowers and campfires at this intimate Austrian wedding
These two young mountain climbers, Aneta and Pepa, are from Prague but chose Austria (one of their places to hike!) for their destination wedding. It ended up being a gorgeous backdrop of meadows, hills, and forest flowers that lit everyone up with a glow unlike any other. The reception entailed cooking food around a campfire and singing songs well into the night. Sweet, simple, and so divine — we are in love with this intimate Austrian wedding. Let’s see if you will be, too…
