A literary Dinosaur wedding with a purple dress and a bad-ass blind bride
Check out Elsa’s awesome manifesto that challenges the WIC’s assumptions about what is “bridal,” to get to know this awesome bride. Then get a load of the dino and Doctor Who details, purple swingin’ dress, and “steamcane” that made this wedding fabulous.
How did I just discover these vintage-y wedding dresses under $200!?
Ok, why didn’t someone tell me about Ruche.com sooner?! For those of you who are leaning towards the vintage-y/classic end of the wedding aesthetics spectrum (as opposed to the rainbow carnival freakout or zombie-chic), this place is your new favorite website. They’re like vintage-tinged fever dreams that I want to crawl into and pretend I’m more understated and chic than I actually am.
Carrie & Ryan’s bright lights and Cadillacs late night Vegas wedding
What do you need to get married? This couple says just Vegas, some friends, a little black dress, and a boot full o’ booze! And I’m inclined to agree. In fact, I’m a bit envious of a whole night carousing in a pink Caddy, grabbing strangers for photos, and hitchin’ rides in limos. Sign me up!
