Kilts, scotch, & lush greenery reign at this Denver art gallery wedding
Caroline and Andy wanted a wedding that was uniquely theirs, with none of the fluff or traditions that were not meaningful to them. Instead, they opted to bring in things they love together. This included a “scotch blessing” before dinner for everyone with custom shot glasses. They even carefully curated an intimate wedding party pre-wedding cocktail hour to ease everyone’s pre-wedding stressors.
A casual Colorado wedding meets chic speakeasy party
We really wanted a casual, foodie, boozy wedding. We wanted good food and for our guests to have a chill but fun time. My dad officiated our wedding which was so incredibly special. Both of our families are super supportive and embraced our not quite traditional queer wedding. My sister in-law hand made our rings for us and we had a ring warming ceremony. Each of the guests passed the rings around and put their hopes and wishes for us into them.

Don’t miss the black gown and ski lift ride at this crisp winter elopement
Brynn and Stephen traveled from Houston, TX to Winter Park, CO to elope on a mountaintop. It was about 15 degrees on the top of the mountain and windy! But it was clear that they were feeling no pain in the frigid temps based on their laughs. They had an intimate ceremony overlooking the mountains after a ride up on the ski lift. After they made it official, they ran inside to warm up and cut some cake. Just wait until you see Brynn’s amazing black gown and Stephen’s cowboy details…
