Carrie and Jason met at a fashion show 16 years ago and finally reconnected and are spending their lives together. For their beautiful fantasy-inspired and intentional wedding, they combined many of the things they love. For their wedding rings, they took flowers that they’d planted in their garden to a local jewelry designer, and she cast them in resin. Even their portraits had creativity injected due to some image wizardry by Jason.
All of their choices reflected this level of creativity and intention. Here's more from the groom…
Neither of us are traditional so we decided our theme was going to be all about magic and fantasy combining my love of Dungeons & Dragons with her love of actual magic (runes, crystals, divination, astrology, etc.). It's like an alchemy of interests.
Our ceremony included asking guests to make a commitment to us with oath stones, and at the end we jumped the broom. It also included a time to thank the land we were standing on, vows written as a beautiful short story, and lots of laughter.
Don't miss the bride's hidden jumpsuit that she showed off at the reception!
