Adam, an art teacher and puppeteer, handmade his bride Maria’s dress for her as a surprise, an impossible feat for most of us, let alone with such SKILL. We were blown away by the fab sleeves and high-low design. We were able to snag a little more information about it plus a behind-the-scenes look at the process just 15 days before the wedding. Bonus? She didn’t even get to see the dress until noon on the day of the wedding. Wut. Let’s take a peek at how it all went down…

That was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen on Offbeat Bride. I love his workshop! If only I could sew like that, never mind weddings, as an artist that was just so wonderful to see. He must be a great art teacher and a pretty good husband, too. Thanks for showing this!
WOW groom did a remarkable job on the wedding dress!! I enjoyed watching the tape while he is making the dress and she seems to love it. Great job and congrats to the couple!!
