Following lunch, we were surprised by a performance from Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin impersonators, which my mother had secretly arranged with the DJ. This was a great way to break the ice and get everyone on the dance floor. For a moment, surrounded by the crooners, with Michael's and my era-bending apparel, it felt like a scene from Las Vegas in 1963.
