Handmade bunting, loads of fabric streamers, a first dance right after the tearful ceremony, and some out-of-this-planet scenery make this rustic and rainy wedding a sight to see. You’ll definitely want to see the little note the bride left for the groom before the ceremony, too. Oh, and we learned that when you don’t have an umbrella, a unicorn mask works in a pinch.

It’s the week of Christmas and we’re immersing ourselves in ornament bouquets, holly-covered cake toppers, luxe green capes, and snow-covered weddings in Canada… just like this one! These two may be brave for having an outdoor ceremony in January, but it was the perfect opportunity to pull all the stops with hand-crocheted scarves and hats for the bridesmaids and bundled a capella serenades.

This bride’s custom-made cobalt blue Victorian dress steals our hearts, and the rustic, forest-y details take the rest. Non-matching bridesmaids in white, a fabulous ceremony gazebo, and so much ambiance. Oh, and wait until you hear the story the groom told in his speech. Let’s just say it had something to with self-tanner.

The sweet little decor touches, the desert backdrop, the seriously hot couple, the Porta-Potties…. wait, what? No seriously, these two make a portable bathroom look amazing. Maybe it’s the gorgeous light blue dress and pink statement necklace combo combined with the pinstripes and glasses combo on the groom, but we just can’t stop looking. Just don’t ask why the cake-cutting knife got its name!
