Seriously, I blurted way too many obscenities while browsing the Offbeat Bride Flickr pool this week. I couldn't help myself — you guys are just so freakin' cute and so creative. I mean, look for yourselves. This Monday we have one couple who played Dance Dance Revolution for their first dance, some beauties in black, kissing coats and lovely colors. As always, you can click each picture to see more.
Anie and Andrew's first dance… Dance Dance Revolution.
… And then they did this. I don't know about you, but kissing in the rain is one of my all-time fantasies. (It doesn't rain a lot in California).
Oh hell yes. A purple and black wedding? Yes, please.
UH MAH GAWD… How incredible does Laura look? I want her headpiece.
Kissing coats. The bride and groom wore matching coats!
Check out Misty serenading her groom Kenneth at their wedding in North Carolina. Wedding serenades are always so romantic!
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I wanted to repeat what Ariel said. I am also incredibly thankful for all of you and for the hours... Read more
Melissa's coral pink dress + red lips + colorful ink = Coco in love. Melissa, you shut it down.
THE COLORS! Kristen and Paul had quite the colorful shindig in Phuket, Thailand.
Hey, photographers! I love you and do my best to attribute all Monday Montage photos, but sometimes brides don't include your info when they submit photos. If I've featured your work but it isn't properly credited, email me!
amazing montage this week! love the thailand shot – hope to see more!
I <3 Monday Montage!
Are there any other pics of the 1st bride’s dress (the DDR bride)? The skirt looks like it has some interesting embroidery on it but it’s kind of hard to tell. Oop, nevermind! Found it. Pretty. And that Thai wedding…gorge!

What a great collection this week!
oh my gosh, that black beaded lace dress? with the silver headpiece? WANT. stunning!
Thank you!!!! I loved them too. 🙂
I love the Dance Dance Revolution idea for a first dance – what a great way to avoid the potential awkwardness and burn those nerves away!
I want Laura’s headpiece too! Any word on where she got it?
Sorry, I just saw this comment now! My husband pointed it out to me. The headpiece came from an etsy seller called “Rose of the Mire”….she was amazing and I bought several pieces including the headpiece.
Anie, I’m in LOVE with your dress…do you mind sharing where you got it?
Took me a while to see this comment.
It was a custom job made by a super talented local Atlanta seamstress (http://www.myspace.com/castlehousecreations/photos).
Here’s a great picture of the lace and blingy straps: https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/miu8P-vcQhIU3HKjiv7ghtMTjNZETYmyPJy0liipFm0?feat=directlink

@ kissing in the rain: if you live somewhere wehere it rains a lot, it may not be as romantic as it seems. Kissing in the snow though, that does it for me!
DDR! Woot!
