Pop the Champagne is a team of bad-ass chicks who use their their day-of coordination skills to make SoCal weddings run like well-oiled matrimonial machines. Yes: day-of coordination is all they do, and they do it well.
I mean just look at these sparkly, gorgeous, happy ladies… not only do they clearly know how to party, they know how to make and keep YOU partying.
How do we know they know how to party? Here's how…
While you're saying your vows, the last thing you should be thinking about is… anything else. That's why day-of coordination is so freaking fantastic. It's like hiring peace of mind. You know all those details that you have been obsessing over for during the planning process? Pop the Champagne is all about making sure all those carefully (or randomly) chosen details ACTUALLY get executed.
Pop the Champagne is also wonderfully totally upfront with their pricing: no trying to up-sell you, no trying to give you what you don't want, and no sneaky fees. Day-of coordination is the cost-effective way to get a coordinator, because you do all the planning, and they take the reins about a month before your wedding (even though Pop the Champagne services start kicking in the moment you hire them).
The Pop the Champagne team will have coordinated almost 70 weddings in 2014 alone. With all that experience, these ladies have planned weddings in just about every size, style, budget, religion, and culture. That also means that they're very familiar with offbeat couples. Or as they put it…
I'm all for white dresses, red dresses, blue dresses, purple dresses, but ZOMG I actually gasped out loud when I saw this picture of Kelly... Read more
The non-traditional, LGBT community, budget and DIY weddings, alongside more traditional weddings… we LOVE Offbeat Brides (and grooms). We love DIY, we love weird. But that doesn't mean we don't like tradition too! Pop the Champagne believes that as long as you are making choices that speak to you in some way, those are good decisions.
OFFBEAT DISCOUNT:
Pop the Champagne is offering $100 off their day-of coordination package for January and February 2015 weddings. Just let them know you found them on Offbeat Bride when you contact Pop the Champagne.
If you've been craving the sweet sweet relief of a wedding coordinator on your wedding day, but didn't think it was possible, think again: Pop the Champagne instead!
I work with these ladies regularly (I’m a photographer) and they are AMAZING. Nothing but love and recommendations from me 🙂
Bride here. Pop the Champagne is the Day-of Coordination vendor for our 11/15/14 goofy multicultural LA wedding. Allie is our DOC and she’s awesome! We actually just had our first in-person coordination meeting earlier this week (after months of help over email) and she really thinks of everything! I totally recommend them.
I’m fascinated that this business offers only day-of coordination (DOC). DOC seems like a good way for a couple to be in conflict with the planner ( “The cake was delivered late!” “That’s why this bakery is not on our list of preferred vendors!” ) so I always assumed that DOC was a loss-leader for the event planning industry. I figured if the event planners couldn’t convince the client to purchase additional services, they would resign themselves to expending a ton of extra time to save their good name. But PTC has made it their entire business model! If I were planning a wedding, I would talk to them for that reason alone.
I need someone like this in Sonoma County…does anyone know of a vendor like this, but up here?? These ladies sound FABULOUS!
Hi Tricia- I have a recommendation for you for a NorCal day of coordinator- also, we offer VERY low travel fees and would love to be a part of your Sonoma wedding if you want to email us!
