The week that Risa was to give birth to their daughter, Risa and Jeremy decided to explore Lands End and walk the labyrinth located on the cliffs. They took in the sights and talked about the next chapter of their lives, ultimately deciding that the Lands End Labyrinth would be perfect for a small Lands End wedding. They invited just their close family for their May Day wedding.
Jeremy wore a custom purple suit and a grey top hat. Risa wore a simple white jumper and fresh flowers in her hair. Upon arrival, Jeremy walked the Labyrinth first and then Risa followed. In the middle, they joined their hands in a fastening ceremony before sitting down in silence. Family members were invited to give speeches if they felt like it. Otherwise, everyone took in the gorgeous sunny California coastal day.
After the speeches, they exchanged rings and walked the Labyrinth together. Risa and Jeremy were then greeted and “lei'd” with flowers by a stranger wearing a OoAF Mile Rock vest. No one knows where she came from, but it was a wonderful addition to the already magical day. The families hiked along the coast together to the Cliff House restaurant for dinner and drinks.
