Marich and Mackmade my heart leap with joy with their Harry Potter herbology-themed wedding in Washington. If you don't already know, herbology is the study of the magical properties of plants within the Wizarding World. they were inspired by the wide open windows that their venue, The Black Pearl, had which had a bit of a greenhouse vibe. They added greenery, some mandrakes, Quidditch goal posts, a Monster Book of Monsters, Acromantulas, and so many more details you Potterphiles will surely spot. Don't miss the Flying Ford Anglia!
Here's a little about how they met from the couple…
We met in our high school choir. Mack sat behind me for three years. Other than pleasantries we didn't know each other very well. A few years after high school I had moved back to Vancouver after a stint living in San Diego (coincidentally where Mack grew up until moving to Vancouver during high school), we ran into each other at Costco. After an awkward run-in, he asked mutual friends for my number to apologize for an awkward handshake.
From there is all became nerdy love! Let's dive into this glorious herbology-themed wedding…
