All the wedding signs you never even knew you needed
You know what I never really considered when I was planning this wedding? Wedding signs. Guess what I realized that we needed when we were roaming the venue, trying to figure out where everything would go? Wedding signs.
So here’s my roundup of wedding signs you know you may need and ones you didn’t even know you needed to consider…
How fake grass + picture frames = the most kick-ass seating chart display
Molly and Melissa’s vintage-inspired wedding was hella full of eye-popping details including this simple but SO chic seating chart made of vintage frames and fake grass. Who knew combining these two items could be so damned adorable?
This red panda cake topper is the squee we need today
Valentine’s Day was last week, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still relish in a little lovefest, right? I found something super uplifting and adorable to give you just one small minute to focus on luuurve. Like this seriously squee-worthy red panda cake topper!
Show off your invitation suite as decor on a cork board at your wedding
Did you put effort into your invitations and want them to get a little more love? Turn that hard work and prettiness into some additional decor at your ceremony or reception by showing it off on a cork board! Hell, you paid for it, it’s gorgeous, it needs to shine, right? Plus, cork boards are cheap and come in a million varieties.
Use colorful yarn pom-poms as aisle decor
Remember Kimber and Kaylee’s super colorful and boho chic wedding? It’s always so worth revisiting, especially for the decor. One tiny detail that we loved (which you could totally DIY) is the yarn pom-pom aisle decor.
If you make these and have extra, string them into garland, add them to your bouquet, or re-use them as cat toys after the wedding.
A fandom welcome sign that steals our geeky hearts
One element that managed to combine all of these fandoms and movies into one was their ceremony welcome sign. It paid homage to all kinds of book and movie couples (both romantic and platonic): Lupin and Tonks, Cas and Dean, Arthur and Merlin, Westley and Buttercup, Angel and Buffy (ahem, shouldn’t this be Spike?), SLOTH AND CHUNK(!), and Carl and Ellie.
