Gold crowns, purple hair, and tears galore at this Oregon schoolhouse wedding

HK and Josh planned a small ceremony at one of their favorite places, Historic Soap Creek Schoolhouse followed by a reception at LUC restaurant. Almost every aspect of their day was handmade and crafted by themselves or their community, including vegan treats, decorations, bouquet, boutonniere, cake, table settings, party favors, and floral arrangements. You’re definitely going to want to see the gold crown + purple hair, the tearful first look, the tearful ceremony entrance, and well tears all around all the time.

Washington couples might find lots of familiar places to love at this Tacoma tattooed wedding. Greer and Mike met at House of Tattoo in Tacoma — he the artist and she the new shop assistant. They were wed at the Wright Park Conservatory and rocked the rest of the night just down the street at The Hub. There were vegan goodies (including a vegan cake!), rainbow hair, gorgeous foliage, and and of course, lots of great ink.

This pair’s kick-ass rockabilly-themed wedding had bold colors, fun style, and an all-around good time. And just wait until you see the bridesmaid’s retro floral dresses and persimmon shoes. LOVE!
