This styled shoot didn’t whisper Halloween… it shouted it with rhinestones, velvet, and a glitter beard that deserves its own credit line.
House of Touché, a powerhouse drag family, descended on A&K Alder Farm in Sedro-Woolley, WA, with the kind of energy that makes you grin just looking at the photos. Every performer rolled in serving a completely distinct vision, but together they built a moving altar to queer joy.

Gina Touché’s glitter beard caught the light like a disco ball with attitude, paired with a sequined jumpsuit that shimmered as they moved. Next to her, Jennavesia served statuesque glamour in a gown that hugged like liquid fabric, her veil trailing dramatically across the ground. Quintessa’s crown, a spiked halo dripping in metallic detail, made her look like the patron saint of drag Halloween. Denton leaned into a sharp-lined suit and cape, while Viktor and Tracey added their own spin with accessories that made every angle photograph like an editorial spread.

This wasn’t stiff posing either… it was play! In one frame you see them laughing together, clutching each other’s waists like a chosen family portrait. In another, smoke bombs curl around sequins and tulle, turning the whole scene into something between a rave and a séance.

The venue leaned into the drama: crooked trees wrapped in fabric, moody pumpkins tucked into corners, the kind of rustic space that feels immediately transformed once you add drag queens strutting across the field. Two Owl Co. filled the space with florals that looked both lush and dangerous—deep purples, blacks, and scarlets arranged like offerings to the season. Even the bouquets looked less like wedding props and more like weapons of beauty, wielded with attitude and flair.

Tipsy Trailer delivered the smoke bombs, which ended up being less of a backdrop and more of a character in the shoot. Puffs of neon pink and eerie green chased the performers across the farm, blurring the edges of reality. It was spooky, theatrical, a little unhinged in the best way.

And then there were the quiet moments. A sequined hand resting on a shoulder, a sly glance tossed at the camera, lipstick that stayed perfect no matter how much laughter cracked across painted faces. Those moments reminded you that drag isn’t just spectacle—it’s intimacy, artistry, and community.

There wasn’t a checklist or a timeline here. No officiant, no seating chart, no ceremony script. Just queer artists making their own version of a wedding fantasy, and inviting us all to imagine what celebration could look like if you traded tradition for authenticity.

If you’re pulling ideas for your own Halloween wedding, the lesson here isn’t about smoke bombs or florals (though, yes, do those things). The takeaway is bigger: your wedding is a stage, and you get to decide the performance. Show up in glitter, lean into drama, and surround yourself with the people who make you laugh until your makeup cracks. That’s the real magic.
