Hello! I was the Wedding Planner for these 2 cool kids. They reached out to me for help with their “car-themed wedding” they wanted at an automotive museum in Pennsylvania!
Right away, I started devising some cool, classy ways to bring the car theme into their wedding. A custom podium for them to stand on…
The Philadelphia String Quartet playing instrumental during the ceremony, and of course, custom key chains as the Escort Board!

Erin: Everything about this wedding was unique, including the Ali's custom-made yellow suit from Saget's!

Erin: Their own vehicles attended the wedding as well, parked right next to the DJ and the band!
The biggest challenge from our team was bringing the “car-themed wedding” to life while simultaneously making sure that the wedding was at the forefront of our design and flow in such an enormous space.
The museum itself was a challenge because, well, it's a museum, not a wedding venue! Editor's note: they nailed it!

Erin: The couple's vehicles were still parked next to the dance floor, and the car alarms decided to go off in the middle of the reception! Editor's note: that's kinda perfect, honestly

“It made sense for us to commemorate our relationship by “crossing the finish line” at the Simeone, surrounded by historic race cars as unique and special as our love.”
