Black sparkling shoes for your noire wedding
My shoe posts almost always focus on shoes that are either A) loud, like I wear ’em or B) pale, like the majority of brides wear ’em. I almost never include shoes that are brown or black because sometimes they can feel too “daily wear” and not WEDDING-Y enough. I guess if I’mma go non-traditional, I opt toward my own candy-colored tastes, instead of the shoes that are just like my heart: black and sparkling.
So today, in honor of all brides goth, noire, and just a little bit dark-hearted, I’m going to focus on the glittery black pumps and flats.

This intimate wedding was also planned from across the country, so we know it took some serious coordination.
What to do with all those wedding cards?
It’s been a couple months since my wedding now and I am ALMOST done with Thank You cards and cleaning up. One thing that came up as I was organizing and getting life back to normal was what to do with the mass amount of beautiful and thoughtful cards we received. It seemed a shame to just throw them away or put them in a box which I would probably never look in again. So, I had and then implemented two ideas that I think turned out rather well…
