Whisper and Dustin met while they were both working overseas in Korea. After their work arrangements overseas were over, they decided to travel to Las Vegas to get married. the ceremony was held at Stratosphere overlooking the strip. One of Las Vegas’ oldest strip restaurants, The Peppermill, hosted the reception. Vegas makes an awesome backdrop to teal and red skull details, fabulous paper flowers, and this gorgeous couple.
