Is your directory listing sitting there, half updated, last touched sometime in 2023? Meanwhile “SEO” sneakily turned into “GEO” and you’re still trying to figure out what that means. Yeah, I see you.
Good news: you don’t have to figure any of that out yourself anymore. Offbeat Wed’s vendor membership just got a major upgrade, with new tiers that include something a lot of you have been asking for: someone else doing the boring part for you.
Here’s the shape of it.
Announcing Offbeat Wed’s new membership tiers, including concierge listing updates
The Legacy Tier is where every current Offbeat Wed vendor member is: this is the membership some of you have had for 15+ years: a DIY listing fully optimized for discoverability, plus resources and visibility opportunities. Nothing about your membership is changing, and Legacy members can stay there as long as they want… or you can upgrade to one of our new tiers.
Going forward, Offbeat Wed has these two membership tiers available:
- Consulting + Concierge ($700/yr) gets you a 1:1 consulting session with me, plus a concierge listing update: once annually, I personally rebuild your listing from your website, socials, and reviews.
- Mentorship + Premiere ($2k/yr) is the same concierge listing work, plus four consulting sessions a year instead of one, and premiere placement in the directory.
(New members pay a one-time $200 onboarding fee for their first year.)

Ok, so what exactly is a concierge listing?
Think hotel concierge: You show up, someone else handles the logistics.
That’s the idea here, too. Once a year, I personally edit your listing and give it a full refresh. I apply my 20 years in the wedding industry, 30 years in media, PLUS my background in small business consulting and AI-discoverability work… and I point all of it at your business listing.
I go through your website, your other business pages like Google or Zola, plus your social accounts. I grab the photos that fit, see the language your real clients respond to, and build out your listing using every feature we’ve got, all fine tuned for both SEO and GEO discoverability.
The listing sections updated by a concierge listing include:
- About section
- Photos: product shots, logo, founder headshot
- Service area
- Pricing and packages
- Business FAQs
- External links (press, reviews, features)
- Client testimonials with photos
- Founder bio and Q&A
And once I’m done? The listing is all yours! You can log in, tweak anything, add more, take stuff out, make it exactly right. You’re just not starting from a blank page anymore.
A real before and after
Here’s Pennsylvania wedding officiant Reenie Panzini‘s listing before a concierge update:

All the basics were there. But many of the listing’s functions were unused, which meant missed opportunities to tell potential clients about her business, and missed chances to train the AI tools those clients are already asking for recommendations.
I spent time in Reenie’s website, reviews, and social accounts and rebuilt the listing to be both more compelling and more useful. Here’s after (click to enlarge):

I don’t just upload new content, I also do nerdy administrative stuff
I don’t just drop in new content, either. I do the unglamorous stuff too, like uploading images with the service keywords Reenie uses on her own site, instead of leaving with default names like IMG-2837.jpg. It’s a small thing that genuinely helps with discoverability, and it’s exactly the kind of task that falls off the list when you’re busy running a business.

File naming is one of those tiny things that can help so much with online discoverability, but very few wedding vendors have the time to fiddle around with this level of geekery. (You would not believe how many vendor images are uploaded with names like IMG-2837.jpg or smithwedding-finaledit23.png… or actually if you’re a wedding wedding vendor, you’d totally believe it because you know how busy you are!)
As someone who’s worked in publishing, content marketing, and tech for 30 years, this kind of stuff is second nature to me. Those are the skills I default to when I’m managing your listing.
What can’t I do for you with a concierge listing?
Offbeat Wed’s vendor guide lets you self-identify your business (LGBTQ-owned, woman-owned, Black-owned, veteran-owned, neurodivergent-owned, and more), and I will NEVER check one of those boxes on your behalf. Only you get to say how you identify.
I also can’t read your mind about things like upcoming promotions or new market niches you’re planning to serve. I can pull a lot from what’s already out there (your site, your reviews, your socials!), and I can bring my secret editorial sauce to the table to make you sound AMAHZING… but I’m not psychic.
