Here's your weekly installment of the monday montage. Every week I look through the Offbeat Bride Flickr pool and select some of my favoritest photos to share with you all!
How amazing does Shelley's dress look with that pink crinoline and the rest of those pink accents? I mean check out this cute little fabric pom-pom! And that car compliments their outfits even more! Such a seriously colorful UK wedding.
Thanks Stacy for sharing your incredible stems with us. All I have to say is, Leg tattoos + killer shoes = FUCKING RAD!
I really think this photo speaks for itself. Schuyler and Kavisa. That dress. The trees. Those flowers. SO gorgeous. We hope to feature this wedding soon!
Kavisa's engagement ring has a tanzanite stone. They decided on this stone because Schuyler and Kavisa met in Tanzania, and Tanzanite can only be found there. The caption for this photo said “love entwined.” Awww!!
Abby and Kerry did so many things right in this photo. Hello BLUE!
Kodak Film + Hasselblad Camera = ADORABLY RETRO PHOTO!
Umm wow! Where do I begin? First of all, Jon & Carla both look UH-mazing. I love Carla's crown of flowers and the rest of their green accents! Second of all, what is that mysterious hut behind them? Some kind of magical hobbit house!? I need to be there.
I want to know more about that peacock bouquet!!
I want the “hobbit house” if that is what it is, fa sho!
turquoise accesories!!!!
The hobbit house is the Sea Ranch chapel, at the Sea Ranch on the Northern California coast: http://www.thesearanchchapel.org/. We’ve driven by it many a time, and it’s even more awesome in person!!
I was so excited to see that chapel, I love sea ranch! I’ve always wanted to go inside, what does it look like?
I LOVE Monday Montage’s! I actually look forward to Monday’s now. 😀
I Heart that Hobbit House!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an awesome place for a wedding. 🙂
Shelley and her dude are just the picture of adorable. So sweet!
Thanks Erica xxx (he is a dude by the way!)
Thanks for adding our wedding to the Monday Montage! Really thrilled about this! Love this site!!! xxxxxxx
That last pic looks like the odd little non-denominational chapel near Sea Ranch in Northern California. The inside is even odder and more beautiful than the outside!
Those are my rad tattooed legs, but not my rad profile (it belongs to another OBT member who has a really great looking dress, by the way). My member profile is atoz, hers is a to z. Thanks for putting my photo up. It made my day!
Oh I had the wrong link. I think it’s linked to yours now! 🙂
I am in love with all this color! And the tats, oh man, I can’t begin to gush enough. I think my favorite is the Sea Ranch Chapel though, I love that place, I visited BC (before children) and had an amazing time; they have a phenomenal spa and house rentals available that are almost as unique. I am jealous of all these couples. :^D
i must know where she got the dress in the first picture!
and the bolero!
and the crinoline!
GORGEOUS! 😀
Thanks Britany!
If you click on my photo at the top it’ll link to my flickr gallery, then if you go to my flickr profile it will give you a link to my blog where I list all the suppliers and craftspeople I used for the big day!

I heart monday montage <3
I am straight up IN LOVE with the bride’s hair in picture #5!
So excited to see the Sea Ranch Chapel hah.. I love that place, it’s super tiny but so cute. When I was little I called it the Smurf House every time we’d drive by it. Here’s a shot of the inside (and a few others in the same set..) http://www.flickr.com/photos/jenguin/262716699/in/set-72157594308539592
If anyone is having a super small and funky wedding, that’s an awesome place to do it.
I LOVE the lilac Morris Minor in the first picture. Exactly the kind of car I’ve been looking for! I wonder if he travels outside Kent…
(And I love the rest of the wedding now I’ve had a look, fantastic taste.)
Hi Laura!
It is an amazing car! He lives in Aldershot Surrey, and is prepared to travel. If you want to contact him email me on [email protected]

(Plump bride with Morris Minor!)
Oh wow, thank you Shelley!
It won’t be for quite a while, but I will certainly be emailing you at some point.
God bless lilac cars, I was starting to think they didn’t exist. 🙂
Loving all the color and the old school photos!
