Elisa and Nathan celebrated their meaningful wedding in Italy with readings by witnesses, sharing promises, exchanging rings, and a wine ceremony. The wine in particular came from the family vineyard and was first poured into the jug by the two to symbolize the union, and then poured into the glasses and drank with three toasts as a wish for their new life together. Swoon!
After the ceremony, they walked through the streets of the ancient city of Ascoli Piceno, where they took a few pictures in the famous cafe Meletti and the Capitani Palace in Piazza del Popolo, one of the most beautiful Italian squares. Get ready for major locale envy.
The reception was held at Casa Alexis, in the seaside resort of Cupra Marittima, the small pearl of the Riviera delle Palme. The villa is situated on a hill with a gorgeous view of the sea. There was tableau-themed absurd artwork, street theater and music set-ups, which the pair love. There were many artists exhibitions, including strollers, a belly dancing show, and Pallotto circus juggler. If you weren't already dreaming of an Italian wedding, this one will get you started…
