About The Palace Theater
Housed in a space that’s been a Chinese theatre, The Palace Theater isn’t a blank room you decorate. It’s a fully built 1920s world, with secret entrances, live casino tables, a cabaret stage, and a resident crew who help direct the night alongside you. Weddings here range from an intimate ceremony in the Main Bar to a 350-guest takeover of the full venue, with signature touches like a hidden bookshelf reveal for your first look, a live jazz trio, and an aerialist if you want one. Past couples have described the experience as more affordable than they expected given the scale of production.

Full wedding packages (ceremony and reception) start at $15,000. A dedicated wedding package for 100 to 200 guests starts at $289 per person and includes venue access, full production support (lighting, sound, staging), catering, and a hosted bar. All facilities are wheelchair accessible, with ramps at the main and side entrances and hearing-impaired fire alarm lights throughout.
We create fully custom wedding experiences, so your timeline can be tailored to your needs. We recommend a minimum of 5 hours to comfortably accommodate your ceremony and reception. If you’d like, you can extend your booking to include getting ready on-site, additional time for photos, a first look (featuring our signature hidden bookshelf reveal), and family portraits. You also have the option to continue the celebration with an after-party—either in the same space or by transitioning to another area within our venue.

The dance pit is ideal for a DJ party, with options like a light bar, fog machine, mirror ball, a bubble machine, and much more. This stylish, intimate room ensures your wedding day is filled with unforgettable moments and plenty of entertainment options.

Host’s cancellation of the Event will result in charges as follows:
- Notice given less than 30 days prior to event: 100% of the Fees
- Notice given 31-60 days prior to event: 75% of the Fees
- Notice given 61-90 days prior to event: 50% of the Fees
- Notice given 91-120 days prior to event: 25% of the Fees
- Notice given more than 120 days prior to event: 10% of the Fees Palace
- Events shall have the right to cancel the Event at least 90 days prior to Event Date, and upon cancellation shall provide immediate refund of all Fees paid by Host.

BEST WEDDING EVER!!!!!!
The Palace Theater was an ABSOLUTE DREAM to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction with Damaris, the entire team was so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make our vision a reality, accommodating our requests with a positive and creative attitude.
The production team was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the entire event, ensuring that every detail was executed to perfection. The musical cues, video presentation, and special touches like letting us use our moon cut-out were exactly as we envisioned. We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else – this place is pure magic!

There’s no wedding venue like it! We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Palace Theater. It’s such a unique and beautiful venue, with something for everyone. We wanted ourselves and our guests to get to enjoy ourselves the way each person wants to, and that is absolutely the experience we had.
Our guests were blown away by the environment and range of vibes/activities. The best way we could describe it is fun. We literally have pictures of our guests with jaws dropped as they walked into the cabaret and they learned there was more to the venue. The drinks are excellent and the food options are amazing, we loved supporting other local businesses. Between the cabaret, the casino, the jazz bar, the speakeasy within the speakeasy, the photo booth, and the tarot reader, there’s nothing we would change if we were to do it again.
There’s such a range of offerings that you can customize to make it your own. The team there is amazing to work and ideate with in setting up the wedding of our dreams. It felt like they were genuinely having fun planning it with us. Damaris and Geoff were awesome. Also, they have a package that can add an external day-of planner from a partner company, and since we did our ceremony elsewhere, this was huge for making our day perfect and stress-free.
Our guests still tell us about how much they loved the experience. We had such an incredible time. Our wedding really felt like it fit us, if you’re looking to have a wedding or event that feels more like you, this is the place to do it.
