Hey! I’m Emily, a wedding and elopement photographer based in Memphis, Tennessee. Since 2018, I have been photographing weddings all over the south and the midwest, and hope to keep traveling to work with non-traditional couples.

My philosophy about wedding photography comes from a background working on film and video sets, where collaboration and teamwork were extremely important, and as a photographer, blending in and catching candid moments was key. I bring that same documentarian approach to working weddings, where I prefer to capture natural moments rather than turn the entire day into a photoshoot.

When I am posing or directing formal portraits (or engagement sessions) I love romantic, editorial compositions and poses that help showcase all the details that went into the day, as well as those raw emotions that you'll want to look back on.

How I cater to offbeat weddings

I am a big believer in the phrase “Y’all Means All,” and love to work with couples of all sexualities, gender identities, races and cultural backgrounds, and of course, anyone looking to break free from all the wedding trends and traditions that can get in the way of enjoying your day.
