Jessie & Mark’s fête fun, games, and baking wedding
This UK fête wedding had all the games you’d expect: Splat the Alien, a Nerf-gun Monster Shooting Gallery, and a Hook-A-Duck. Plus they had board games, a baking contest, and even Tombola! It was like the most excellent carnival + wedding ever. It doesn’t hurt that these two are ultra adorable and really crafty. Lots of DIY = lots of personalization.
Clare & Alistair’s tons of hearts and a classic bus wedding
A gearhead groom and a non-traditional bride find common ground with a vintage-style bus to transport their guests from a sweet garden tea to a raucous bar after party. They totally recommend using alternative “non-wedding” vendors and finding DIY projects online, and it worked for them!
Katy & Aytan’s potluck picnic wedding in the park
I just love simple and sweet weddings filled with love and no pretension. Give me a potluck in the park with the nearest and dearest and I’m sold. This wedding has that and a whole lot of sweetness between the couple. Just don’t accuse the groom of crying — it was obviously just his hair gel getting in his eyes.
Anna & Jon’s family and sweets, hot-day wedding
On a VERY rare blazingly hot day in the UK, this colorful pair donned their respective purple veil and top hat to get married. Their goals were charmingly simple: family, sweets, and color. Oh, and don’t forget to check out the giant mob of long-haired and bearded men!
