See how this couple beautifully pivoted their Wizard of Oz wedding
This couple initially planned an Emerald City Wizard of Oz themed wedding, but thanks to Covid-19 they had to pivot. Their intimate wedding was a vintage green and gold theme that still rocked subtle vintage Wizard of Oz wedding vibes.
Apothecary vibes meet the sweet South at this South Carolina wedding
Our wedding was a hot, crazy, but simply phenomenal day. Everything is still a bit of a blur, but the one thing that stands out so vividly is the first time I saw my soon-to-be wife all dressed up in her suit with the biggest smile on her face…
This intimate French-American wedding of two pilots had an unforgettable ceremony entrance
Kim and Jeremy are both small craft pilots who own and fly their own WWII bombers, as well as Cessnas and other aircraft. They train others, too. Kim arrived at their ceremony (in a friend’s hanger done up for the day!) by driving down an airstrip in a Cessna plane. All the draping in the hanger was antique parachute silk. You’ve got to see this stellar French-American pilot wedding…
A fairylit wedding in the woods (with flower kitty and folk dancing)
“It was a woodsy, naturalistic fall-themed wedding with twinkling lights all around. The magpie aesthetic showcased the uniqueness of found items, like an old chandelier hanging from a tree, a tiny bicycle covered with ivy, a table made from an old tree stump. The setup followed the natural curvature of the forest, which led to an asymmetrical seating pattern and the bridal party coming in from the side.” Just from that you can tell this wedding is going to be SOMETHING. Get ready to be wowed by the beauty of this fairylit wedding in the woods…
“I love this glam Star Wars wedding.” “I know.” (Don’t miss this one, Star Wars fans!)
Marilyn and Zach are Star Wars geeks and wanted to inject a little midichlorian magic into their wedding day. Their subtle and glam Star Wars wedding had gorgeous colors (hello blush pink gown!), movies and fandom-themed centerpieces, a gorgeous Star Wars-topped cake, and of course, a lightsaber exit. Just wait until you see the Han frozen in carbonite chocolate bars!
You’ll dig this bacon, beards, and brews wedding styled shoot
The Striped Pig Distillery in Charleston, SC was the eclectic backdrop for this killer styled shoot. We’re talking an industrial feel with fauna-themed decor, gold accents, rustic wood, huge stills, and cozy nooks. The florals and fashion are giving us happy feels all over the place. The theme was bacon, beards, and brews, which is basically my perfect day come to life. Let’s peek at the bride’s gorgeous lacy dress, flower crown, and the groom’s retro-inspired vest suit. Don’t miss the many forms of SO.MUCH.BACON.
