Adventure & glory await at this Medieval Times wedding in California

Two years after their elopement, Emily and Travis decided to have a second celebration that really fit their personalities. So it was all about the fantasy at Medieval Times! They had a beautiful ceremony followed by eating chicken with their hands, cheering on the green knight (who won and gave his sash to the bride!), a Last Supper-esque recreation photo, and an arena full of Medieval fun times.

Turtles! Brunch! Dogs in ties! This rainbow lesbian wedding is all about furever love

Since Caitlin proposed to Kris with the tortoises at the Southwick Zoo, we included the turtles in all our little details including a custom logo designed by Caitlin/paper straws with turtle cutouts (save the sea turtles!), handknit turtle coffee sleeve favors which doubled as a seating chart by Caitlin’s grandmother Marcia, and even more turtle decorations.

Since it was a lesbian wedding, we of course had to include rainbows!

Andrea and Megan were high school sweethearts who met on Megan’s first day of freshman year. Years later, they were getting married in Augusta, Georgia in a champagne dress and a chic gray suit. Julika and Jess were married at the Ballard Bay Club on Shilshole Bay in Seattle. Jess waited for Julika to arrive at the Chittendon/Ballard Locks for a super sweet first look. it all started out cloudy, but soon the sun peeked out and shed light on all the love and lit up Puget Sound as their stellar ceremony backdrop. The ceremony was conducted by Julika’s father, Rev. Jon Luopa, and included a tree ceremony!
