Throwback style and sweet moments all over this vintage eclectic wedding
Amy and Camilla took their vintage style and ran with it by incorporating it in their killer outfits and placecards (vintage photos!). Their friend officiated in drag(!), they got shoe tattoos instead of exchanging rings, and also gave out temporary tattoos as favors. The venue was ideal for them with its eclectic style of antique frames, glassware, furniture, and the glow of tons of twinkle lights.
Don’t miss their pink and mint dresses (the pink dress was made by Amy’s mom!), their fabulous retro hairstyles, and fun trivia game…
A tiny party for humans, cats, and Bigfoot at a CAT LOUNGE
We canceled the planning of the big wedding and decided to elope with one friend and an awesome photographer. We held out cat lounge wedding at Purrington’s Cat Lounge.
It was a day of cats, chocolate cake, sprinkles, and one of our faves, Bigfoot!

Our wedding was rustic and relaxed. We are avid birders (in a really hip, appropriate-for-30-somethings kind of way), so we included small bird-related details wherever we could. We snuck feathers into our boutonnieres and centerpieces, our cake toppers were a sweet pair of lovebirds, our table "numbers" were antique-framed Sibley's bird postcards and each of us referenced our shared love for birding together in our vows.
Flowers & whimsy galore at this forest wedding in Sebastopol
Claire and Eric’s are super talented people who DIYed the hell out of their lovely forest wedding in Sebastopol. Eric harnessed his graphic design skills and they crafted whimsical brass animals, floating paper cranes, HUGE paper flowers (a favorite!), and paper crowns for all the guests, UK-style.
Nominee for most adorable moment: instead of a first dance, the couple serenaded their guests with “I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You,” returning to their college show choir roots where they first met. You’ve got to see this flower-filled wedding that shows off this couple’s serious DIY skills…
