We canceled the planning of the big wedding and decided to elope with one friend and an awesome photographer. We held out cat lounge wedding at Purrington’s Cat Lounge.
It was a day of cats, chocolate cake, sprinkles, and one of our faves, Bigfoot!
We’re planning two weddings: family-friendly AND kink-friendly
One of things my fiancé and I most cherish about our relationship is that we lead the kind of double-life worthy of one of the superhero comic books he loves so much. Normally, we are responsible, hard-working citizens who live and parent together in a small, quiet town. But after a quick change in a phone booth (aka, when my ex has the kids and we travel), we become adventurers well-versed in kink and non-monogamy who love to find weird bars, get tattoos, and go out dancing until the wee hours of the morning.
So it stands to reason that we have to plan not one but two weddings…
A dashing self-officiating urban elopement (with a rock star cameo!)
Sheannette and Paul met when she bought a mid-century desk from him via Craigslist! It was basically love at first sight after that. For their chic urban elopement in Denver, they rode around town in a limo to visit three different locations and create some gorgeous shots with their two children. Oh, and while they were there? They ran into a super famous rock star just chilling with his dogs. Let’s see the whole stunning display at this self-officiating urban elopement…
See black sand beaches and geothermal caves at this Iceland honeymoon elopement
This pair had a wedding in Iceland followed by a honeymoon which would explore the entire island. Natural cave exploring was next on the agenda where they waded through water to get to a stunning spot. Shortly after, a picnic awaited them on a private black sand beach. Hand-in-hand venturing through moss-covered lava fields followed lunch. The photographer harnessed in and repelled off a cliff at the next stop to get an epic shot of the couple with a secret waterfall. They explored a colorful lighthouse, bird watched among golden cliffs, and ended the day at a hidden geothermal area.
